KP DIRECT is a privately owned family business thriving in the Florida & Georgia area since 2013. We are a full-service supplier of product finishes to every facet of the building and maintenance industries. We work closely with design firms, property management, property owners, and contractors to provide products for any project.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for picking, packing, staging, and loading materials for customer orders, ensuring that all items are prepared and shipped accurately. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining warehouse efficiency and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, stage, and load materials for customer orders in a safe and efficient manner.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
Conduct quality checks on picked items to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Assist in inventory control by reporting discrepancies and participating in regular stock counts.
Adapt to changing priorities and enjoy the variety of tasks in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in both team settings and independently.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
At least 1 year of forklift driving experience.
Physical ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with additional helper.
