We are seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Estimator to join our team. This role requires expertise in estimating, designing, and drafting kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and countertops, using architectural plans to create detailed take-offs and proposals. The ideal candidate will also have experience in managing client communications and tracking project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review architectural plans to develop detailed cabinet and countertop take-offs.
  • Create and submit project proposals based on take-offs and client requirements.
  • After a project is awarded, prepare detailed cabinet and countertop layout drawings for production, ensuring accuracy.
  • Utilize Pro Kitchen or 20/20 software for designing cabinetry and countertops, and On Center software for estimating.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients or project managers, ensuring all project requirements are met and expectations are aligned.
  • Track design progress using Procore and Supply Pro platforms.
  • Complete a minimum of three project proposals per week.
  • Complete and deliver finalized cabinet and countertop layout drawings within one week after project award.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a kitchen and bath estimator, designer, or similar role with strong drafting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Pro Kitchen or 20/20 design software for cabinetry and countertops.
  • Experience using On Center software for project estimating.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen and bath design concepts, including cabinetry and countertop layout.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project managers.
  • Experience using ProCore and Supply Pro platforms for project tracking and communication.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar design or estimating role within the kitchen and bath industry.
  • Familiarity with additional design tools or software.

Typical Project Timeline:

  • Project proposals: Complete a minimum of three per week.

Compensation:
Competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Full benefit package after 60 days including medical, dental, vision, life, and ancillary insurances.
